Me and a friend went to Old Navy and check out there dresses!  Old Navy's dresses this year are really cute! We both got to get a Sample dress for free!  Awesome right!  I think so too.

There is a Science to Roasting

in the bean's long journey from tree to cup, to the roasting process is the juncture where it changes direction most dramatically.

Using patience, knowledge and fire, our master roasters have tremendous influence in coaxing out each bean's true character and highlighting its greatest contribution to the cup.

Depending on the coffee's profile, we'll bring the beans to an optimal temperature for a precise amount of time until they reach the perfect shade of brown. The design of our roasting equipment allows us more flexibility and control than most other roasters, enabling us to create a consistently excellent cup of coffee.

There Roast Master

Mike Parker watches as a stir bar gently swishes through a batch of just-roasted coffee. The bar goes around and around, cooling the beans and sending up a wave of aroma with each pass. He dips a sample cup into the pile and pulls up a smattering of still-warm beans.

He'll use a photo-spectrometer to make sure these beans have been roasted to the perfect shade of deep brown necessary for Organic Espresso Blend ... but he already knows they have. Like all our Roast Masters, Mike has developed an almost intuitive ability to know when each coffee has reached its perfection.

They do all of this for you and me so you can get the better cup of coffee you can.  I you can enjoy the fact of knowing it is a quality as well as a fair trade bean.

I got the chance to try this coffee with bzzagent and loved! But to tell you all the truth I did love it but I do drink and love more a locally roasted Fair Trade coffee here in Charleston.  Mostly because I like to buy Local where I can and the things are worth it if you know what I mean!   But if something happens I know what brand I way be changing over too.  :)  GREEN MOUNTAIN COFFEE!!!

I have tried them and LOVE them a lot.  I think they taste better than the really thing but that is my thoughts.  So I got my husband to try some and hear his thoughts about them he said he like them and would buy them if he saw them when he was out and about.  And for a man I think that is a very good :).   My oldest is 9 years old and said hey loved the peanut cups things and said they where awesome. Plus I don't feel as bad about giving them to my kids for a special treat.  And I am a fan of get unreal candy for life thanks to bzzagent.  This is one of my favorite campaigns I have got to be apart of.

I just an email from www.bzzagent.com and I a Campaign for UNREAL™ CANDY to try it and I SO Can't wait!  :)  I have not heard of them before to tell you the truth.  I am sure there is a few others out there that has not ether!  But I am liked what I have heard so here is a little about them!

"IT TOOK A QUESTION FROM A 13 YEAR OLD


A few years ago, Michael and his 13 year old son Nicky got into an argument over Halloween candy. Nicky came home with his bag of loot, went to bed, and woke up the next morning to find that his dad had confiscated most of it. It played out the way these fights normally do, with the candy gone and Nicky going to his room.

Later, Nicky did some research online (to prove to his dad that candy isn’t so bad). He discovered that his dad was right (for once).

It’s not that Nicky thought candy was healthy. It’s that he didn’t know how bad it really was. What Nicky learned was that the worst parts of candy (like hydrogenated oils, corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives) aren’t there to make it taste good. They’re there to make it cheaper to produce.

Nicky had a hunch that without the junk, candy could taste better. With the help of his older brother Kris, and his dad, they set out to prove it."

"PROVING CANDY CAN BE UNJUNKED™


Nicky started calling chefs and professors, hoping to find one to take up the challenge. Not a single person believed it could be done. Finally, Kris’ research led Nicky to a well known professor of food sciences at the University of Bristol, in the UK. That professor recommended Adam, a top chef in Spain. Adam was so inspired by the mission of changing junk food that he immediately brought together top scientists and chefs all across Europe to recreate America’s biggest selling candies, without the junk. Along the way Nicky and Adam developed UNREAL™’s mantra: “Unjunk™!” Corn syrup? Out. Partially hydrogenated oils? Out. GMOs? Out. Artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives? Out. So here is what I understand all and all what it is and why I can't wait to try them!  I am allergic to red dye and seeing the same allergy in my 5 year little girl so I am really crazy about about thing dyed red and reading everything and she wants things that are red too.

Wish I could?!

I wish I could turn my brain off and be a normal and simple person.  And be happy with just being.... and be in the the here and now...   I can't I am always thinking 10 steps ahead and stress my self over silly thing that are not even worth the thought I give them.   I am thinking of at least 37 things at the least and all at the same time and none of the are the same thing of even train of thought.   Some are in the front of the mind and actively in thought throw and others are in the back of my mind much like a computer and it background tasks.  I often feel and refer to my brian working like a computer too.


I have found my self sitting under my laptop and watching TV in a effort to get out of my own head.  I spend a great deal of time on searching craft sites and blogs to come up with ideas of things todo when I am out of ideas.  And it has turned in to a every and all day thing.  And I find I am just unhappy and sad a lot of time do to I feel like I never get anything done and it is true too.   I end up feeling worthless and not wanting to do anything because I am not worth the time it takes to do said thing because I have not even done the things I need to get done....  

Some times it is like a deer in headlights feeling I have some merry things I need to do I have NO IDEA where to start and I just do nothing at all.  So it makes me feel crazy, worthless, stupid, hateful to my self, sad, mad and not nice really to be around sometimes.   I wish I could just put things out of my mind and be ok, happy, just do things and be simple..  But I am not....   I end up needing things to snap my self out of these times but doing something big like sky diving, big crazy different hair cut, dying my hair a really different color, a pricing of some type and things like this!

Old Navy’s SWIMWEAR!

I got so lucky to get to try and buy a Old Navy’s swim suit for free thanks you crowdtap.com for me and one friend.  Sadly my friend camera sky and had to leave early because her kids got sick!  I have a ton of fun getting to try all the different ones on for this year.  I have really come to LOVE Old navy more and more.  I love the fit of there close and how they are made as well!  The one in the pic is the one I got and love it a lot!  :)  Thanks  crowdtap.com !

Thanks to www.bzzagent.com I go to try Dr. Scholl's For Her High Heel Insoles! I got to say I love them! They makes me love my heels again and they have saved my feet I really love them! I now don't wear my heels with Dr. Scholl's For Her High Heel Insoles they are the best things I have found to save my feet from my awesome but feet hurting in style hot shoes! I really look front to wearing my really cute shoe and buying more soon! :)
